EXCHANGE / WRONG MEASUREMENT:
We want you to enjoy your NEPTN piece for a long time.
If your bracelet doesn’t fit, here’s the guide for exchanging it:
- Write down your desired size, your order number, and your name.
- Send this information along with the bracelet to the address below.
- Once we receive your package, we will take care of your request and send you the new piece of jewelry as quickly as possible.
COMPLAINT:
If something is wrong with your delivery (wrong color/item) or one end has come loose from the clasp…
Please return the order and include the issue. We will then arrange a quick replacement or repair.
WARRANTY:
In rare cases, the following problems may occur:
Glue comes off:
We use the highest quality 2-component glue. Normally, this holds forever. In rare cases, the bracelet/necklace, or keychain may come loose from the clasp. In this case, we offer a lifetime warranty on our adhesive. Simply send the item back to us, and we’ll take care of it.
Surface rust on the magnets:
This occurs if the bracelet isn’t dried after sports or bathing.
Our clasps are made of stainless steel, which does not rust. However, the magnets must be dried after getting wet. If this isn’t done, surface rust will develop over time, but it can be easily removed (since it’s only on the surface), as long as you don’t wait too long.
Since this is due to lack of care and not a production error, we do not provide a warranty for this.
Nevertheless, we may replace the clasp with a new one for a flat fee, depending on the clasp type.
Magnet came loose:
This also counts as a complaint for which we provide a lifetime warranty.
