We want you to enjoy your NEPTN piece for a long time.
If your bracelet doesn’t fit, here’s how to exchange it:
- Note your desired size, your order number, and your name.
- Send this information along with the bracelet to the address below & please include €5 for processing, NEW CREATION, packaging & postage.
- Once we receive your package, we will take care of your request and send you the new piece of jewelry as soon as possible.
COMPLAINT / ISSUE:
If there is something wrong with your delivery (wrong color/item) or an end has come loose from the clasp...
Please return your order and note the issue. We will take care of a quick replacement / repair.

NO ORDER CONFIRMATION/SHIPPING CONFIRMATION RECEIVED:
Our shop automatically sends order confirmations with all the details of your order with EVERY order.
If you haven’t received one, in most cases, your email address was entered incorrectly.
It’s also possible that we’re stuck in your spam filter, though this is less likely.
Please visit your customer account and correct your email address :-)
DELIVERY TIMES / SHIPPING CONFIRMATIONS:
We ship within 3 business days after receiving your order. If there are any delays with an item, you will find an update in our shop blog.
As soon as we ship an order, you will also receive a shipping confirmation via email.
As long as the postal service is not on strike and your delivery address is correct, your order should arrive quickly.
CUSTOM SIZES / SURCHARGE:
We are happy to create any custom size for you. Just order the item and note your custom size in the comments field.
For bracelets, please provide the WRIST CIRCUMFERENCE, and for necklaces, the TOTAL LENGTH you want.
The surcharge for custom-made items with a length over XXL is €2 per EXTRA CENTIMETER.
