PRODUCTION & PACKAGING

We use only the best materials. Most of our leather comes from Italy. The majority of the braided straps are equipped with a leather core.

Our round core leather straps come from southern Germany and are tanned using vegetable (plant-based) tanning. Only renewable, high-quality tanning agents are used.

Our sailing ropes come from Holland.
The stainless steel used in our clasps is nickel-free and rustproof.
We package each individual piece of jewelry in an environmentally friendly way. Depending on the shipping option, we send it either in a cardboard box or our NEPTN wooden box.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
As you may already know, we have relocated to Italy/Sicily.
Therefore, we ship using Italian Post or DHL.
Shipping costs for standard shipping in the NEPTN cardboard box:

Shipping within Italy: €5.90
Shipping within the EU: €9.90
Shipping to Switzerland: €12.90
International shipping: €12.90

Shipping costs for package shipping in the NEPTN wooden box:

Shipping within Italy: €7.90
Shipping within the EU: €12.90
Shipping to Switzerland: €15.90
International shipping: €15.90

We usually ship within 2-3 business days, often the day after your order.
